World War Two veteran and Sun City Center resident John Breslin, 90, sits at the Alpha Pizza House, a restaurant in Apollo Beach. The owner, Nick Egarhos, said Breslin has gone to the establishment religiously on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

"He's very good [at dancing.] The ladies all ask him, he rarely sits down," Johnson said.

World War Two veteran and Sun City Center resident John Breslin, 90, looks at old photos from his service. Breslin said he was glad to serve on his submarine, the USS Cavalla. "Whenever trouble came ... we could always just dive and get away from it," Breslin said. 

John Breslin, 90, kisses his wife, Rita Breslin, 87, goodbye at Palm Gardens Nursing Home in Sun City Center on Tuesday, Aug. 18. Rita lost her legs to Peripheral Arterial Disease. John visits her every day, twice. "As far as I'm concerned she's my whole life," Breslin said.
